About Us
About iPhone App Reviewer
iPhone App Reviewer is an iPhone review site that started in December 2008 – we’ve been in and off hiatuses due to various things but we have now all stabilized and we’re good to go. Our goal is to write honest reviews of the utmost quality on all your favourite iPhone and iPod Touch applications – and of course pointing out the bad ones. The idea is that because the iTunes App Store has over 65,000 applications, we want to show you the ones that are worth your money, and the ones that aren’t.
The Site
We take pride in making sure our website design is clean and accessible to anybody. We’re completely family-friendly and we want anybody (and everybody) to read our content. We run on Wordpress, an open-source [Wikipedia Article on Open-Source] blogging software. Our web administrator has heavily modded Wordpress and it’s theme (we’re running a delightful theme from WooThemes) to create the unique site you see before you. If you have any feature requests, feedback, criticism, please send us an email on our contact page! Our homepage is XHTML W3C strict and all of our pages are CSS 2.1 strict.
The Reviews
iPhone App Reviewer reviews games, entertainment, utility and all other iPhone applications. Whether they’re indy or mainstream developers we promise to take a look. We do a few different type of reviews, a description of each can be found on our app submission page. All of our full reviews are meant to show the reader everything we can about the app; App Info, Important Links, Features Needed, Our Opinions, App Description and screenshots. Our reviews are all under Creative Commons 2.5 meaning you’re free to distribute and remix them as long as your readers know we had the original source.
